Couple together both the reports are used as a diagnostic tool to determine what is holding the Business back from achieving the Business Vision.
The Business Coaching Plan
A detailed business coaching plan is designed for the Business. This is presented to the core team tasked with the success for the Business. The plan will have detailed aspects on who is to be coached and on which aspect of the business.
The Coach here takes on the Role of a Business Management Consultant. Management tools and assessments are utilized to track and monitor the progress. Frequent feedback from customers and other stakeholders are monitored as part of the progress report. New Systems and Processes are implemented and staff trained or equipped with the new Knowledge and Skills needed.
This aspect of Planning and execution is orchestrated as A Change Initiative and all levels of staff will be involved in the Change execution. The extent and depth of this Business Coaching will depend on the Challenges, Budget and Time Frame.
Sustaining The New Culture of Success
Invariably the Coaching will lead to a Culture Change. The new culture will be sustained by anchoring the new processes and systems in place as recommended in the Business Coaching Plan. The Coach / Consultant withdraws and hands over the continuance of the Success transition to the Leadership in place.
